Another Slump For The Reds

img4aec7e68c5994 After an amazing win against the Red Devil giants last weekend, it seemed a win against Fulham was more than possible.

After being able to break through their four consecutive losses with a win against Manchester United, it seemed Liverpool was on the road to a winning streak.

The start of the game seemed to favor the Reds, who seemed to gel better with Benayoun making a potential shot which bounced back from the bar.

But it was Fulham who would take the lead when Bobby Zamora hit the first of the afternoon on 24 minutes, tapping home a cross from Damien Duff.

Not wanting to stay behind, Liverpool reached an equalizer goal when an unstoppable Torres kicked a mean right-footed volley past Mark Schwarzer.

Coming into the second half everything remained deadlocked and Torres was evenutally taken at on the 62nd minute, being replaced by Babel.

Not even babel could help the Reds, who went to a 2 goal deficit and ending the game with a 3-0 lose to the Fulham cottagers.
